Won’t stay again we only had one set of towels for a three nights stay and when we tried asking for more they didn’t have. Big water bugs in the kitchen!

I’ve been to several places and stayed in several resorts in the Dominican. This is by far one of the best places to stay kids in the pool, making noise like kids do other than that wonderful place.

I was terrified to see no facilities were provided.

Amazing location near beach, food trucks, bakery, etc. Surprised that no housekeeping was included but otherwise it was perfect.

Our stay was great. No problems. It was very quiet and safe. The pool was fantastic. The beach was very close and many options to eat.

The staff very friendly. Area is quiet & private. Transportation (taxi) can be tricky, plan ahead.

Loved our stay at Ocean Palms. It’s location was perfect! Quiet and had everything you need to enjoy Encuentro and Cabarete. Walk to the food truck market across the street (open at night), it’s very cool with great food and live music on Saturday nights. Stayed a week and had to ask for replacement towels but reception staff are friendly! Pool is great and lots of parking. Very safe. Recommend!

Great service

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view was incredible, the property was very well kept, and the beach was just a short walk away; about ten minutes through a scenic trail. All the staff were friendly and helpful and brought us a lot of water jug refills. We would definitely stay here again!

This is my second time staying at Ocean Palms. I like it because they accept dogs of all sizes. The property manager, Jennifer, and the man who works with her are always pleasant and helpful.

Ocean Palms is not exactly a hotel. It's a condominium or apartment complex. It has pretty much everything you need to live there for awhile. Everything is very clean and well-managed by Jennifer and her staff. You do need transportation to get to major beach areas, but for living and relaxing, it's all there.

Great stay. Pictures did not do it justice. Close to everything. Loved it and will be back.
