Handy for Glasgow Central and easily walkable for city centre. Parts of the apartments (we rented 2x2bed) were tired, and one shower wouldn’t work, one apartment had toiletries and a dishwasher and one didn’t have either. Both apartments were missing some kitchen items. Exterior of windows very dirty. Still a good stay due to the friendliness of the staff and convenient location.

Very good price for spacious 2 bed apartment with all facilities you can need. Clean and well appointed. Good location for city centre attractions and train station, parking in NCP adjacent. Would recommend.

The stay was good

Front desk had limited hours. Was warm so we wanted to have windows open but street / bar noise made it impossible. This was one of 6 places we stayed in during 3 week trip and was the only place we did not enjoy.

Great apartment, ideal location

Close to major highways for easy access. Close to city center for walking to venues. Parking garage across the street ok.

Dirty in area. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Towel racks ir hooks in bath would be nice.

Not fantastic. Hallways smelled like cooking, we booked a premium apartment but ended up with 2 bedrooms, one of which wasn't needed. Apartment needed maintenance, was shabby and needed tlc. Stairwell were concrete floors and looked unfinished. Full kitchen and had tea and coffee sachets but no milk. Whole place just looked rundown. I won't be back.

A clean comfortable two-bedroom apartment with all the amenities. Quite a hike if walking from the bus station, but more convenient if arriving/departing by train. The area felt a little seedy, but I assume this is common in Glasgow (no offence) as we were close to the shops and restaurants. It seems long-term residents are accommodated, as there were post boxes, bicycles, some rubbish, and the smell of weed on the ground floor of the building that our apartment was located in.

Needed more stop bys for house keeping, trash builds up quickly. Whoever designed the tub/shower arrangement was incompetent. I am average height and the shower head height was at the middle of my chest. A little more information about how to use equipment (ie the combo washer/dryer for us from North America) would also be handy. Check in was problematic, receptionist called in sick and nobody answered the supposed 24/7 emergency number. But to give the property credit, great location for those of us who use public transit and close to many fine and fast food restaurants. Large rooms and comfortable beds.

Was just a stop over, but wished we stayed longer as the room we had was amazing

It was so close to everythinh. Glasgow Central train station a 2 minute walk. Walkable distance absolutely all tourist attraction,shops bars etc.Reception very helpful.

Apartment was a huge let down. It was absolutely nothing at all like the photos. Felt like an abandoned flat. It was clean enough but all fittings and furniture were very cheap and basic. The couch was cheap and needing a good wipe down. Not a single cushion, picture or ornament. Not a nice area outside, noisy and felt quite unsafe. No power shower, just a basic head, although it was handy having two bathrooms. The stairs leading up to the apartment were grubby and really offputting. The door in the living room was all scuffed and chipped at the bottom, as was one of the kitchen units. Was not happy that my driving licence was photographed at check in and that a 100 pounds damage deposit was taken. It was far far from the advertised 'executive' apartment and more like an abandoned rented out flat. Horrid experience overall. Would neither recommend and definitely would not stay again!
