Clean room, excellent staff and good food

Pros: attentive staff, good shower and bed, good neighborhood. Cons: very poorly maintained and dated interiors, spotty cleaning (we found a huge hairball in the bathroom), "meh" breakfast buffet considering the price. Probably wouldn't recommend.

Staff is very helpful. Room doors are not properly sealed. Light from hallway seeps through all the edges. Bed mattress not the best and quality could be improved upon. But the hotel had convenient location for my purpose.

Was given a room with a broken AC thermostat. They didn't even check the room before giving it to their guests. The room was boiling hot. After fixing it once, the thermostat gave out again in the middle of the night switching to heating mode! Had to get it fixed again in the morning after spending the night in intolerable heat. To make things worse, the fridge in the room was extremely old, noisy, emitting so much heat when in operation making the room hotter than it already was. The receptionist was not experienced in customer service at all. That is the most basic thing that hotels should be looking at to provide a welcoming experience. Will not book again.

Good location and comfortable stay

Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was a great spread of options. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Bloom Boutique.

Great staff. Good location! Nearby, coffee bean & Music & Mountains restaurant is excellent (Note, M&M is like USA priced, service and fees will be included in check) Delish food, good wine selection, spirits. Wonderful ambiance.

Convenient, cean, staff attentive, rooms and bathrooms are nice

Rooms were clean and very nicely designed. Easy check in and helpful reception.

This hotel is in a newer and quieter part of town. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The furniture is modern and the hotel looks well-maintained.

Second time at a Bloom in this area. I’ll keep coming back in the future. Affordable, clean and consistent.

Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance did not meet acceptable standards. The room showed clear signs of lack of upkeep, particularly in the bathroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. The location is convenient, but overall the property requires significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance to match guest expectations.
