I rarely write reviews while I’m still sitting at the restaurant… but this place deserves it. From the moment we arrived, every single detail felt intentional, thoughtful, and full of heart. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — a historic building beautifully blended with a modern twist, where authenticity is preserved instead of replaced. Everywhere you look, there’s something special to notice. What truly makes this place unforgettable, though, is the staff. Everyone here is incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring in a way that never feels forced. You can tell people here take pride in creating an experience, not just providing service. I’m honestly sitting here right now unable to stop observing all the little details — the atmosphere, the design, the energy, the way everything flows so naturally. It’s one of those rare places that feels both elevated and deeply authentic at the same time. Completely in love with this hotel, this restaurant, and the entire experience. Thank you for creating something so special.

I stayed 4 days. Viri was very helpful at the front desk. All the staff es extremely cordial and the location, I can’t begin to say how convenient it is: from shopping to monuments and the main plaza, Zocalo. Bellas artes, the torre latino are a 20 minute walk. So much local shopping in the plaza and the same block. I can’t wait to come back. Oh and the food! Everything was delicious!!!! It was a plus to have good qualities toiletries from L’occitaine, I didn’t even have to use my own. Gracias por todo.

Lovely hotel, stayed for a few days as part of a longer trip around Mexico. Staff were attentive, breakfast was great and good location. The rooms aren't soundproof and it was a bit noisy but nothing that took away from the experience.

OMG! What an incredible little marvel quietly hidden in the corner of a square that is only minutes walk from the Plaza de la Constitución. The rooms are wonderful. I had room 219 which you walked into the bedroom and there was a separate office/sitting room. It had a window looking out onto the street with a Juliette balcony... you could easily walk to great restaurants and shopping... although we never used it, there is a subway stop in the square facing the hotel... breakfast was absolutely fabulous... no regrets whatsoever.
