Excellent service, friendly and pleasant staff with a beach view added to the warmth of my birthday and our anniversary.

The hotel staff was quite friendly. However, when I stayed in a Junior Suite, the TV in the room didn't work, which was quite disappointing. Other than that, everything was nice and comfortable.

Very happy... If I go to Balikpapan, I'll definitely go to Golden Tulip. Everything was great, but I missed the bathroom. There was still urine on the edge of the toilet when I went in. Hopefully, it gets better.

Luckily the mattress is not damp.

Vacationing with your family and closest friends, it is very suitable to stay here.

At least everything is okay 👍 but the gym is bad for me who likes gyms, the gym seems neglected. I've been there 5 times but I just didn't upload it. For everything else, Golden Tulip is the best except for the gym.

Overall, I was quite satisfied, with only one thing lacking: room cleaning. I requested it be cleaned before I left, but by the time I returned that night, it hadn't been cleaned. As soon as I complained, they responded immediately.

When I go to BPP, I like to stay here because they have separate rooms, the price is quite affordable, and the location is strategic. However, this time I had a very uncomfortable experience. For a price of over 1 million rupiah, I got a room with a toilet that was worse than a public toilet (as in the photo), and the tissue installed was not new tissue, but used tissue that was already a little bit left. The towels were also yellow, almost brownish. Come on, change them. It's not much to spend if you replace the toilet seat every month. How can a hotel be like that? This is a criticism. Hopefully it can be better because I like the room concept and often stay here.

Very suitable for a vacation with family.
