Good recommendation is the atmosphere and area.

I booked a room for 2 nights here but when I checked in, the room was not cleaned: the bed sheets and towels had not been changed, the chairs were too dusty and peeling. This made me feel very uncomfortable right from the moment I checked in. In addition, I tried to contact the reception but no one answered the phone, and I called the hotline but I did not get timely support. In addition, the lobby area was under repair that day, it was both dusty and wet, making it inconvenient for guests to move around. I hope the hotel improves the room cleaning process and provides better customer support, especially in preparing rooms before check-in.

I would say this was a great value hotel until new owners took over in the last few days of my stay. New owners suddenly jacked up the price to double what I was paying previously during my almost 4 week stay. Very disappointing considering I was only staying 3 more days. If the new prices are a reflection of this hotel going forward, they are now overpriced.

The hotel's location is very strategic, because it is in District 1, close to Benh Tanh Market, Saigon Square, Saigon Center

The Wi-Fi connection was weak, making it difficult to use the internet. The TV didn’t have any regular channels, and there was no access to YouTube or Netflix. Quite disappointing.

Room is ok but bathroom smells a bit. Phone in room doesn't work even though I called support staff but the situation didn't improve.

The hotel is centrally located, reasonable price, every time I go to Saigon I choose this hotel, the facilities are ok but some rooms don't have hot water, please remember to check and report back.

Central location so convenient to move around. Surrounded by many delicious restaurants, not too far from the airport. Reasonable price compared to facilities and location. The security guards are very cute and enthusiastic. Quick check-in/check-out process, guests are allowed to leave their belongings at the hotel before/after check-in. Satisfied.

I booked for my grandparents and they said it was clean and close to the center. Will continue to support next time.

The facility is located on the central hotel street so it is convenient to travel, the room I booked for my family was spacious and comfortable, the security guard was very cute, enthusiastic and polite. The receptionist was a bit dirty, the room had ticks so it was very itchy, in the afternoon when my family checked in to rest, my skin was itchy and red, I went down to ask the receptionist to change the bed sheets but she said could I wait until tomorrow - meaning to stay overnight because the cleaning ladies were no longer here (in the afternoon). My family suggested to change the bed sheets ourselves but at night it was still itchy.

The environment and hotel rooms are very clean, comfortable and not noisy. Very close to shops and store centers. I will stay here again if I go to Vietnam.
