I booked a room for 2 nights here but when I checked in, the room was not cleaned: the bed sheets and towels had not been changed, the chairs were too dusty and peeling. This made me feel very uncomfortable right from the moment I checked in.
In addition, I tried to contact the reception but no one answered the phone, and I called the hotline but I did not get timely support. In addition, the lobby area was under repair that day, it was both dusty and wet, making it inconvenient for guests to move around.
I hope the hotel improves the room cleaning process and provides better customer support, especially in preparing rooms before check-in.
