The hotel is very strategic, the check-in and check-out process is fast so you can immediately rest and continue your journey, the breakfast is varied and delicious, my child likes it, the room is comfortable Wa'alaikumsalam a bit narrow, but you still sleep soundly, the only suggestion is on the TV, the TV remote doesn't work well

I like the concept of the room, it can accommodate three people, but the only drawback is that the space isn't wide enough. And the table isn't big enough either. Otherwise, it's OK.

The receptionist was unfriendly....
I requested a non-smoking room, but they still gave me a smoking one...
I had to go up the stairs to the receptionist because the key didn't work.
The price was around 500, but the facilities were a mess, not worth the price.
It's a far cry from the standard I've had since joining Ibis, they've set their own standards, which aren't even 5-liter.
The bathroom was broken, the sheets and towels were worn out.
It's a far cry from when it was Ibis Budget.

The service is excellent, and the staff handles any issues fairly quickly. The only thing lacking is the cleanliness of the restrooms. Otherwise, especially the service and responsiveness to issues, please maintain it.

The hotel staff is very friendly, close to the main road, the food is delicious, only the room is not big enough for the bunk bed type and the bathroom is close to the bed.
