I booked a room for two adults and an 8-year-old child, including breakfast for three. Upon check-in, the female receptionist asked us to choose a menu for three and said it would be delivered to our room during sahur. However, at sahur, only food for two arrived. I complained to the male receptionist on duty and showed him the booking confirmation, which clearly stated breakfast for three.
