The view is good, cheap, suitable for staying if you are visiting Bandung and want to go to Braga.

The staff is friendly, but the facilities are lacking, such as the shower gel is out of stock and not refilled, there is only one towel and it is dirty.

Honestly, the place is truly comfortable, even though Bekasi is also known as the Red O. Overall, the staff is friendly, but it's a shame that the room water heater takes a while to turn on.

The room was comfortable. The only downside was the hotel's location, as the reception area is directly on the 7th floor. Those who have never stayed here before will likely find it difficult to find their way in. However, the room's cleanliness and comfort were good. The only downside was the reception area's access. Another issue was that when I asked for directions to the hotel, I was met by a very rude security guard. He seemed indifferent and uninterested. The security guards could improve their customer service.

The hotel is strategically located near the city center. The room was adequate for the room type we chose. However, check-in is at 2:00 PM, but check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please be mindful of the bathroom, as our room was clean but a little smelly.

There's no restaurant, breakfast is just a box of rice, no drinks in the room, the AC isn't cold, and the room smells. We bought a stela to make it smell nice.

It's so cool, highly recommended for those who want to explore Bandung. It's close to the city center, thanks to its central location.

Okay Room is a bit cramped Reception staff could be friendlier

Suitable for those who need transit accommodation, parking is still paid for privately, not a hotel facility, the bathroom water runs smoothly, hot water works, the AC is cold, but the room smells a bit musty, coincidentally got a room that can see the city lights at night, the staff is very friendly, for this price it is quite good and don't expect more, guys.

I am not comfortable with the hotel

The hotel staff is very friendly, I have stayed there many times but unfortunately I stayed with 2 people but only got 1 towel, asked again for the reason that it was out of stock. If there were 2 towels but I asked for extra, it would still be reasonable to say they were out of stock, but this time I stayed with 2 people and only got 1 towel. When I entered the room, the room smelled of urine. Breakfast was in a box, the rice was hard, I don't know what time it came, the food was bland, no taste at all, it felt like eating in a hospital.

Dirty towels, dirty mattress, uncomfortable, can't sleep, want to rest so can't.

The hotel is located above Pasar Baru, so the area is very crowded, perfect for those who want to shop there. Parking is paid by the hour! There's no policy for hotel guests, as other places charge a flat rate, so you're definitely wasting your time there. I happened to get a corner room, so it was spacious because it was rounded and had a mountain view. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were in good condition. The sheets and blanket were a bit worn. The air conditioning was very cool and comfortable. The only downside was the toilet smelled musty, the door was rotten, and the hot water didn't come out, so I had to shiver in the morning when I showered.
