The location is great. But the towels are really dirty. The bathroom is a bit musty.

The customer service immediately approved the upgrade to a double bed due to a booking error. However, the bathroom needed some updating, and the chair was missing bolts, causing it to nearly fall off.

The service was mediocre, the air conditioning was cold, and the electronics in the room were usable. Access to the hotel is not convenient, as it's located at the top of a one-way highway. I booked a room with breakfast included, but by 9 a.m., there was no breakfast or restaurant. The bathroom soap smelled rancid, as if it hadn't been changed, and the bathroom was dirty. I've only stayed once and wouldn't recommend it to anyone visiting Bandung.

The hotel is cheap for its amenities. The AC is as noisy as a helicopter, the water heater doesn't work, and there's only one towel, and that's a shame. Slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrushes aren't provided. Check-in must be by 2:00 PM, no later. The central location is perfect for shopping at Pasar Baru.

Honestly, I was really shocked when I arrived at the lobby, and when I got to the room, it was completely different. The bedcover was dirty and stained. The bathroom floor had yellow stains. It needed to be repaired. We booked for two nights, decided to only stay one night and check out the next day to find another place to stay. However, the location is very close to the city center.

The hotel staff is friendly. It's about a 6-10 minute walk to Bandung's town square. For souvenirs, just go to the market next door. It's also within walking distance of Bandung Station and the Leuwi Panjang bus terminal. Personally, I found the room adequate for a night or two. Cleanliness needs to be improved, and hopefully the in-room amenities will improve, as the hotel is quite worth the stay. Wi-Fi is quite fast.

The view is good, cheap, suitable for staying if you are visiting Bandung and want to go to Braga.

The room was comfortable. The only downside was the hotel's location, as the reception area is directly on the 7th floor. Those who have never stayed here before will likely find it difficult to find their way in. However, the room's cleanliness and comfort were good. The only downside was the reception area's access. Another issue was that when I asked for directions to the hotel, I was met by a very rude security guard. He seemed indifferent and uninterested. The security guards could improve their customer service.
