The hotel staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel was very clean, the air conditioning was cool, and the prices were reasonable.

Staf hotel sangat ramah dan baik. Hotel sangat bersih, AC dingin, harga bersahabat.

The room is clean, the AC is cold, the service is good👍

electricity went out overnight... but the hotel had no initiative to provide a back up generator for lighting and AC. really hot
..the hotel area was dirty..not clean. trash was scattered.

The room is nice, the facilities are complete, basically everything is okay, I don't regret staying here.

Kamarnya bagus, fasilitas juga lengkap, pokoknya oke lah semuanya, nggak nyesal menginap di sini.

TV is dead, there is no doormat, the water is blocked, and cleanliness is lacking

There is no soap in the bathroom. want to clean have to go out again. As well as drinks not provided.

Sabun di kamar mandi tidak ada. mau bersih-bersih harus keluar lagi. Serta minuman tidak di sediakan.
