Not recommended at all, I once stayed at Oyo in Surabaya for the same price but got a much better room and service than this. Anyway, the guard is again extorting money in the name of local taxes, and when I read Google reviews, all visitors are subject to additional extortion outside of the application payment. Sob, is it true that they are extorting money because they are told by the management?

I don't really like the clear door even though it's blurred, it makes my privacy a bit disturbed, it's not comfortable.

With that price (I got it for 100 thousand + 15 thousand tax), it is really worth it. Don't expect complete facilities, because this is for low budget. 5 people renting 2 rooms is very comfortable.

It's not bad, but there's an additional payment outside the application, I don't know what it's for, maybe it's for the guard's fee 😄, the hot water doesn't work, there's no TV broadcast due to interference.

The staff is friendly, the water is off in the morning so it's hard to take a shower.

It's uncomfortable because at night during break time the staff are noisy, even until 1am.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is nice, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the bed and bathroom is lacking, there are still stains on the sheets, the ladle is broken, the bathroom floor and toilet are also a bit dirty, there are also stains on the towels. I forgot to take a photo yesterday but the staff was able to check it themselves.

The bathroom isn't inside the room. So the room facilities in the is only the Bed, Blanket, Pillow, Desk, Chair, and TV. The space of the room is around 3x3 m2. So I thought this homestay isn't suitable for family. Especially if you're have kids.
