Great suites with a kitchenette so you can get a few groceries for longer stays. Very nice area, easy to get around.

Te hacen dejar depósito, a las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, no hay variedad en los desayunos, la atención no es la mejor

Tivemos uma estadia excelente, quartos confortáveis, limpos, ambiente agradável e hosts cordiais.

El hotel está muy bien aunque el precio es un poco alto. La zona es tranquila pero con bastantes restaurantes y medios de transporte. El staff es súper amable. El restaurante del hotel es muy bueno y las chicas que trabajan allí, son súper amables. El hotel está bien. Lo único que no me gustó es el estado de las toallas. Están viejas y desgastadas. El gym está equipado pero da un poco de claustrofobia por el encierro en el que está. El desayuno que ofrece el restaurante del hotel es muy costoso para las pocas opciones que tiene.

Gostaria de deixar um elogio para o Álvaro da recepção. Excelente funcionário, muito educado e prestativo.

no warm lobby to wait for room

sou uma pessoa que viajei para inúmeros lugares e o hotel HUB foi o PIOR hotel que já fiquei. Primeiro reservei 1 quarto para 2 ad (eu/esposa) e 1 criança de 9 anos (filha). O hotel aceitou a reserva, porém no às 23h15 o atendente disse que crianças seriam permitidas até 2 anos. As maiores teriam que ter 1 quarto sozinhas, isto mesmo, 1 quarto para 1 criança sozinha. Depois de muita discussão, afinal passava da meia noite, a sugestão que o hotel deu foi pagar U$40 dolares por noite para a criança dormir no mesmo quarto, porém sem cama extra e dormindo em uma cama de casal comum. Depois de pago, tivemos a negativa de toalhas a mais no quarto, tivemos que dividir 2 toalhas para 3 pessoas. No outro dia chegamos no quarto a noite e o chuveiro parou de sair agua quente no 1º banho. Realmamaos, e nos foi informado que cada quarto poderia ter apenas 20 minutos de agua quante por dia. Isto mesmo, considerando lavagem de louça, agua da pia para lavar maos e os banhos. em uma cidade que estava nevando. Tivemos que ficar noites sem tomar banho. Pensem, sem cama, sem agua quente, sem toalha, sem cafe da manha. Por que tivemos que pagar 240 dolares a mais pela criança? Todas as vezes que reclamamos fomos DESTARTADOS pelos funcionarios e gerentes do hotel. Para finalizar, deixamos os cartões, dinheiro e passaportes no cofre do quarto e para nossa surpresa, 2 cartões de credito e 350 dolares foram furtados do proprio cofre com senha O hotel não devolveu e disse que perdemos.

Overall we had a great stay. The room was spacious enough for two people, the bathroom was comfortable and stocked with soap dispensers instead of those dumb little bottles so it was really convenient, and the keycard access made it easy to get in and out. Enjoyed that the rooms had AC on the extremely hot Santiago days, but wish the remote had some better instructions. Really convenient power outlets right by the bed and good lighting/shades. My only major con was cleaning supplies. The room has a kitchen, and the hotel rules state you are responsible for cleaning the kitchen or you will be charged a fee at checkout. The only supplies though were a sponge and dish soap. I went to the front desk to ask for some kitchen towels or paper towels and was directed to walk to the store around the corner. There was also no spray for the counter. I tried asking the house keeper to leave us a rag but she also said she didn't have anything in her cart to help. There is also no toilet brush in the bathroom. Overall we were able to keep it clean and housekeeping at the hotel was great and helped wipe things down, but having to go out and buy a two-pack of paper towel rolls to use for a couple days was annoying.

Es cómoda, limpia, nunca he tenido ningún problema. Yo le agregaría tener al menos unos sobres con cafe o te como atención para tener al llegar, a veces uno lo que mas desea es llegar y poder tomarse un café. Tambien algo para secar en la zona de cocina.

Delayed check in / nice staff / ok room but small / bit shabby / great and safe area / average breakfast / but the gyn is diabolical - should not be advertised as such / no dumbbells over 2kg / machines not working / very pokey it needs a massive overhaul or returned to the broom cupboard it once was

Everybody was amazing and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Only issue we had at all was with housekeeping but it was understandable one day as we were in the room late.

Location good. Room reeked of raw sewage, could barely use the bathroom without gagging.

My stay was very confortable. It is very good that are really apartments. You could live there. Unconfortable tat there is no much lights on common areas.
