Didn't realize the unit didn't have any windows before booking. It did have a small skylight/roof window, but doesn't compare to being able to see outside. Other than that the stay was perfect. Staff was very helpful and caring.

I had experience at the hotel. The interior is well decorated. Good art pieces.

Shower drainage issues. Little dangerous outside at night. But clean.

Great value, close to La Revo

I liked that the property is very close to the main street (Revolucion) where we went to a concert. I liked that the staff were friendly and dilligent. I liked that the place was clean and orderly. I liked that the bed was confortable. The only qualm is the surrounding area. Broken curbs and police presence amidst the bustle. Not really a complaint but a heads up for those who want to stay in this area.

Very artistic place beautiful taste little bit on the small size but the main problem that I had was that the breakfast was not good but then they said it was a continental breakfast apparently that's what they give you maybe it was a mistake from my side cuz I was hoping for a better breakfast since that was the reason I chose that hotel but other than that if you want to stay it's a beautiful place

Was looking for something on a budget and this worked perfectly. All of the essentials close to lots of popular places. Very friendly and helpful staff. This will be my first pick upon returning. Thank you John and company!

Most rooms do not have a window. A bit compact, but clean and comfortable room and bathroom.

Everything was clean and the staff are very polite. There was no room service during my stay which is very uncommon for a hotel. They said they offer continental breakfast but it was mainly cereal with milk, along with coffee with bread.

Very well-kept nicely decorated hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good location. Great!

The staff was very freindly, allowed me to put a few items in the refrigerator, I beleive Chelsea was her name. Room is basic but still very new and dependable hot water shower.

Checking in was a breeze, receptionist recommend a great restaurant, and room had complementary water.

Excellent hotel in the center of the city! Very safe and quiet.. close to everything like food, entertainment,stores, pharmacies…
