All good. The only issue is that there are a lot of mosquitoes and we all were covered with some kind of bites all over our bodies. Property should treat the area.

This was our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort and we were blown away by the experience. We have an 8-month-old baby and were visiting with our extended family and their kids and were very impressed by how kid-friendly the resort is. All the restaurants have kids rooms attached to them with toys and staff to keep and eye on the kids while you enjoy your meal. There are also baby pools and a kids waterpark on the property. The rooms come equipped with very comfortable pack n plays for babies and toddlers, along with other amenities like a baby bath tub, bottle sterilizer and more. We purchased the cheapest room and were very happy with the size, cleanliness and view. The restaurants were fantastic, and offered a large variety of cuisines and options. Two people in my group had allergies (egg & gluten), and the staff went out of their way to accomodate them. The menu clearly lists common allergens and all the restaurants had a lengthy vegan & plant-based menu as well. The service was also amazing! Everyone at the resort, from bartenders to waitstaff, and cleaners were friendly, attentive, kind and wonderful with kids. We felt very much at home and were sad to leave at the end of our stay. We will be back in the future!

Overall, it was a very good Resort. The only thing that we were not too satisfied was their A la Carte Restaurants in the Finest Side. We found the menu choices, the quality of food (being a lal carte should be special) to be just regular....nothing too special. Compared to other Resorts' A la Carte Restaurants, this was not up to par. We were given a chance to experience one A la carte Restaurant at their Finest Club / Excellence side, and that was very good. I believe all A la Carte restaurants should be of that quality.. Othere than that the Resorts is amazing.

Very kid-friendly hotel. The hotel was clean, and the food was good. The only thing I’d point out is that I didn’t feel especially welcomed by the staff — a warmer attitude would have made the stay perfect.

I had such an amazing time at this resort with my family and my three under three. Nonstop, fun activities and Javier was definitely an excellent host. Shout out to the whole staff team for making her stay there. Incredible. Look forward to the next time.

Amazing property, this was our second time there. Perfect layout throughout. Amazing food options and great service everywhere. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Make sure you splurge and get access to the Finest club

Staff very friendly, clean pool, great hotel

Our stay at The Finest was amazing! The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious with plenty of great options, and the service was excellent. My daughter had such a great time, and we truly enjoyed every moment as a family. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved everything about the Finest Punta Cana. It was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Dining options are plentiful. And the evening entertainment was great. We highly recommend this resort.

The experience was riddled with issues that no premium resort should overlook. I personally witnessed rodents entering one of your restaurants, staff members requesting “guest feedback” but never documenting it, and consistent communication breakdowns despite the resort having modern systems that could easily be used to inform guests.The food was tasteless, no honestly it sucked.

The view was partial ocean view. The staff ok. The pool was nice
