Private parking and Pepperoni the dog on site was a blast to meet!! The staff was absolutely excellent. The value for the price is incredible

A clean and simple place to stay when in Catarina

Very nice hotel, very clean and affordable. Is in the heart of Catarina, the owners are super nice. Sometimes the receptionist is not in the lobby and the front door is locked, just go to the pharmacy 2 doors down, the owners live there and they will let you in.

Friendly staff, nice place, walking distance to restaurants and places nearby. Only issue was the drapes are see through and didn't fit the glass windows. People passing by can see you.

I am so grateful tis hotel is in Catarina. I often drive over to visit the nurseries and buy plants, a short overnighter from SJDS. It is exactly all that I need and you cannot beat the value. Breakfast is always really good.

Petit hôtel sympa avec un jolie patio. Chambre simple avec une salle de bain moderne et fonctionnel. Possibilité de payer un supplément pour avoir la climatisation. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas inclus.

Fue una experiencia mala a la hora llegada nos querian cambiar la habitacion y nos toco pagar por otra Habitacion y nos cobraron mas dinero en el baño habia un pescado muerto tenian una mascota que se orinaba en todo el hotel y uno caminaba de entre miados de perro y basura experiencia pesima tambien las sabanas de la cama tenian manchas como de sangre.

El Balcón es una opción hotelera que sobresale en la zona. Ubicado en Catarina, ofrece opciones bastante atractivas para disfrutar en Masaya. La atención es personal, con alta disposición. Hospitalidad y calidad es su actitud!
