Localização ótima

El único problema que tuve fue que llegué a casi media noche y la persona que me atendió me escribieron mal el número de habitación parecía 380 y era 330 me costó encontrar mi habitación por lo demás personal amable, lugares cerca para desayunar

Room was not super clean, wifi was absolutely horrible. Breakfast was alright.

Tive problemas com o ar condicionado do meu quarto. Chamei a recepção para ver e trocaram o controle remoto, mas não resolveu o problema que o ar não estava gelando.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the ambiance of the hotel overall. The staff were very helpful, and our stay was very enjoyable. We would stay here again without question.

Localização excelente ,café da manhã honesto com muita variedade e estrutura muito boa ! Funcionários da recepção sem comunicação entre eles ! Renovei mais uma diária ,assinei o check in da nova diária e após,três funcionários vieram me incomodar no apartamento em tempos diferentes,informando que já tinha ultrapassado o horário de check out ! Fora isso estadia muito boa

Hotel excelente! Ficamos alguns dias em Copacabana, e depois fomos passar alguns dias na Barra devido a ser mais tranquilo. Como na Barra tudo é muito longe, alugamos um carro para poder ficar nesse hotel. O hotel é excelente, fica dentro de um shopping com muitas opções de restaurantes maravilhosos, e ainda tem o famoso bar do Zeca pagodinho bem a baixo do hotel 😍. Café da manhã muito bom! Quartos grandes muito bons! Equipe desde a recepção até a equipe de limpeza, são maravilhosos! Super indico esse hotel a todos!

My stay at this property has been terrible. The customer service is not good. They put me in a room where the chair was tinted with blood, and the chair to sit by the desk was very uncomfortable. Dirty room And a rusted trash can. When. I asked to correct the issue I was giving the goal around. They were telling me that their system was offline. I did not enjoy my stay at this facility. The major issue is with the parking lot. Where you pay on the first day for three nights, but every time you come and go, they charge you for a day of parking using the automatic charging device. This was not a good experience at all. If you want to stay in this industry, be mindful of overcharging for parking.

Sempre ficou no hotel e a experiência é sempre maravilhosa

Yes. Everything was great. Great stay and positive experience. With the exception of the parking. We pay with our cards for however days we want to stay at the hotel and the. They charge us again with the “Sem Parar”. Which is an automatic services used by the rental car. This is not cool. It happen to me everytime I stayed at this hotel. Please be mindful of that unforeseen double charge by the people who manages the parking lot.

Não tinham amenidades suficiente nos quartos, faltou sabonete. O café de cortesia nunca existiu pois a cafeteria estava quebrada. Ficamos sem luz nos quartos de 6h às 10h, em extremo calor e desconforto, sem nenhum tipo de suporte.
