The room was really clean and the staff were all very helpful.

Stay was okay although not in the greatest area of town. Hallways are pretty narrow and my room felt cramped. Okay if you are just staying a night but no longer as it will wear on your mind.

Location is very convenient, close to Berri-UQUAM metro stop. Currently, lots of construction in the neighbourhood. The room was fine, I liked that there was a safe that fit my laptop. Breakfast was the standard North American spread. Luggage storage a plus.

Clean room, staff are awesome, breakfast hot items are same everyday( need some other hot items) Very friendly staff. Surrounding is very quiet.

The room was a little small but clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking in the area. It was nice to have breakfast included. The breakfast was good with some variety such as eggs, toasts, yogurt, cereals and pancakes. Complimentary coffee and tea were available to guests all day. I’d stay there again.

Great property and very friendly staff. My only complaint is my room was right by the stairs and I couldn't sleep well because of the door banging and people running down the stairs. If the wall had some sound proofing, or the stairway, it would have been a perfect night. Will book here again when I'm in Montreal.

We loved our stay here. The room is clean and the breakfast was fresh everytime. Staff are very courteous as well. Will def come stay here if we come back in Mtl!

For the price, it is very good. A 10-15$ Uber ride to most places. Subway station is a 4 minute walk. Breakfast is ok. Free latte/cappucino all day. Lots of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk.

The hotel was generally nice, seemed like it was recently renovated in some areas, the staff was friendly and helpful. The Queen bed room was a good size but it lacked some storage and surfaces to spread out your things as you take them out of your luggage. Same in the washroom, more surfaces or hangers would be great. Usually hotels will have water in the mini fridge and provide glasses but not here. The breakfast was really underwhelming though, I think that’s my biggest downside of this property, I love a breakfast buffet but the options were incredibly limited. Every day it was just omelettes, sausages, instant oat meal, sliced bread, 3 options for cereal, and milk / yogurt, apples, oranges, a pancake machine and pre-packaged mini muffins. For a 4 night stay at $900 with breakfast included I hoped there would be a bit more. Still, there are so many cafes and restaurants around the area, I would say definitely skip the included breakfast if you’re staying here and just eat out. Other than that, it was a good stay!

Pretty good stay. Front desk lady was super friendly. I don't really like the layout. My room faced an interior courtyard and there was barely any natural light. First day at breakfast the eggs and sausage were cold (machine broke). I also tried to use the pancake machine and it was broken as well. It's still a safe place to stay but just average.

The room was very small, but just fine for 2 people with lots of plans in the city. It was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to Théâtre St. Denis and the few restaurants nearby. You need to take an Uber ride if you want to do more downtown or in Old Montreal. Staff were professional and welcoming. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. The fitness centre is visible to the breakfast area through glass doors. I would recommend frosting that glass somehow because it’s awkward to be on display to diners while on the treadmill.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Jay answered every question and gave us good tips on where to get the best poutine and smoked meat! He was also great at providing directions... A really nice fellow. :) Our only complaint was the noise. They were doing some kind of repair right outside our door and it was loud for quite a long time... Now it was late morning/early afternoon and we understand that repairs need to be done, so I'm not making a big deal about it... Just saying that it was loud!
