The towel rack in the bathroom was a bit loose and kept falling off, and the room was a bit hot even with the air conditioning on. But the food here was quite good, the room was clean, and the location near the Imperial Citadel made it all the more appealing.

The hotel is located in a small alley, convenient for sightseeing and enjoying Hue dishes. The staff is enthusiastic and I am satisfied with the hotel services.

I really love the hotel, from the service to decor. The decor is fantastic. The room is big. The toilet really fits my style. You can enjoy the paintings in the room while relaxing. The interior focuses on wood. The service is absolutely nice and friendly. I know the owner of this hotel is a Hue person. He knows Hue city well. Anytime coming to Hue, I will stay here again.

I was totally impressed by the customer service, which is 10/10. They were so friendly and kind. They took care of their customers in every single detail. They made it feel like home ! Additionally, the cozy and traditional atmosphere by the design of Hue 1962 Inn is a big plus. The dishes for breakfast were amazing, which made me really full.
