Nice efficient hotel if you are coming into Campinas for a business stay. Room was spacious and clean, but there were some outdated things in the bathroom and minor things like one of the TVs not working, etc. I am sure if AI had mentioned the TV. They would have taken care of it. But all in all, a nice hotel that is clean and affordable if you are coming into Campinas for a brief stay.

Breakfast was 80 reias to have it brought to the room and it was not even good. 33 reias for parking.

Extremely dirty Sofa felt like was at least 10 years without being cleaned was yellow almost looking brown didn't dare to sit on it. Bathroom had so dirty and filled with mold. Took pictures of all of it Bed was good

I stayed almost one month at the hotel and had a great experience as employees were very nice and polite. Breakfast is good and location is close to Campinas main attractions.

Televisões velhas, sem nenhum tipo de tecnologia (streaming ou canais a cabo), ar condicionado fica pingando o tempo inteiro litros de água a ponto de ter que por um balde pra poder usar o ar, iluminação de hospital nada aconchegante, valor de estacionamento cobrado a parte. Café da manhã bem pobre. Pessima experiência, não recomendo.

Gostei bastante da minha estadia. Um dos pontos que achei mais interessante foi a divisão do espaço, com uma antessala e o quarto, o que deixa o ambiente mais confortável e agradável. O quarto estava limpo, a cama era confortável e a água quente funcionava bem — algo básico, mas que nem sempre é garantido em todos os hotéis. O café da manhã atende bem às expectativas, com uma boa variedade de opções. A equipe da recepção foi atenciosa e cordial durante todo o contato, o que faz diferença na experiência como um todo. A localização também é um ponto positivo, bem no centro, com fácil acesso a comércios e serviços próximos. Considerando tudo o que o hotel oferece, achei um bom custo-benefício. Viajo com frequência para Campinas e já me hospedei em diferentes lugares, e esse com certeza é um hotel em que eu voltaria a me hospedar. Uma boa escolha para quem busca praticidade e conforto.
