I everyrhing was good but not excellent

Very positive experience! Good renovation, clean, quiet and economical. One of those few hotels where I would actually book again. No false promises. Room is small, but has everything needed. Hardly any street noise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Room was about as small as a room with a queen bed could be.

Absolutely lovely stay- amazing staff, great restaurant. Shout out to Luiz and Guilherme for going the extra mile

This was my fourth stay here. The location is centralized to my points of interest. I would recommend it.

Very well located and English speaking stuff

Staff were friendly, helpful and calm. One issue with housekeeping being quite poor but reception sorted it out without a fuss. Not a lot of English spoken but Google Translate is your friend these days so no problem.

Our stay started off fine, but an issue with the door mechanism resulted in a room change which was a down grade. New room the safe didn't work, under the sink counter in the bathroom dark mar marks on the wall. Since this was where the toilet paper bin was I could only imagine what caused them. Also fould a red mark on the pillow case. Our last night I placed 2 towels on the floor to be replaced. I contacted the front desk twice to get at least one new bath towel and after a lot of promises we got nothing. If customer service is important to you then I would skip this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and the staffs there are very efficient.

Location is good. It’s convenient for everything

Location was amazing near paulista avenue. Property itself has been updated and while the room and bathroom are cosy they serve well the purpose of a 3/4 day stay in Sao Paulo . Breakfast is ok , rather repetitive but a fresh egg station is a bonus. This is a value for money property and I would recomend staying here . Language can be an issue but if you are a google translate expert it works well .. and is applicable to Brazil in general. Staff do their job but I would not say they go above and beyond.

Staff super friendly. Thalita especificaly went above standard to help with finding local venues and transportation. Thank you Thalita, thanks to you i found & booked a Wyndham hotel in Rio. Will see you again at TRYP someday.

Good for a quick stay

Location is good. Housekeeping is very low, Bed is worn out, not comportable.
