Room was not cleaned, especially the bathroom. Was a significantly poor over site. Front desk said only remediation would be thru Expedia. Had to go to another hotel.

Fine and available

Staff was either great or terrible. Jeniah is great. A mid-to-late 20s dark-skinned black guy told me they had no mail box and couldn’t send out a letter for me. THEN HE HAD TO GET AN AMAZON PACKAGE DELIVERED TO THEIR MAILBOX. Initially he couldn’t find the package and I told him the instructions from the delivery person said it went into the mailbox, which is where he found it. Hilarious. They say that they will clean the hotel room every two weeks, but I stayed there for three weeks and they never cleaned it or changed towels or bedsheets. The gym is two rusted 10 and 15 pound dumbbells. And a couple pieces of really crappy cardio machines. There is a stove top with two burners and a microwave and a full-size fridge, but they don’t give you anything to cook with on the stove. Don’t drink the coffee.

No water pressure!!! Showers and sinks were trickles!

Our room was full of cockroaches. We turned on the light and they would scamper into the walls under the floor/trim.

Hotel that does not respect the policies of Expedia and charges you whatever they feel like, without any criteria, NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Bad drainage water doesnt go down dead roaches in the bed hard to check out bc only employee leaves area and anyone that it isnt their job to help hears the bell & ignore it

I arrived at 2:10, check in was at 3pm. Asked if the room was ready, she said yes, but if I checked in 50 minutes early, I’d have to pay a $45 early check in fee. Really? I had no choice but to pay for it because my son had to be at his baseball tournament at 3pm. Also, very thin walls, heard baby crying all night, the people above us were moving furniture and chairs, I heard dragging of the furniture and their heavy walking until 1am. Spider on bedspread. No coffee, unless you paid extra for a coffee machine to be brought to your room.

Good to stay while working or family trip.

clean and quiet

It was a good stay a while place “maybe” But the night we went air conditioned was bad we end up in another room that end up getting cold hours later in the second room and at that time I wasn’t about to request a 3rd one… Beds were hard as rock.. Good thing.. the fridge, microwave and amenities were good. But for just one night that you want a comfortable bed, good air conditioning ((this is Florida)) and good night sleep… it was BAD.

Enjoyed our stay

Had to wait over an hour to check in as no one was at the front desk - after checking in going to our room there was roaches every where. I still havent heard back from the company regarding a refund as they did nothing to help settle us into a new room.

Great stay , had everything my family needed to relax and enjoy

This was a suite with a kitchenette - cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer. Not even a plastic spoon. No utensils, pots/pans/plates/bowl, paper towels, kleenex, coffee pot, coat hangers, 1 little bottle of shampoo, 1 small bar of soap, had to use my only hand towel as a bath mat, no hot water in my shower, no tv remote. The other room I rented for my business partner had no A/C and had to get another room. I had to shower in that room because it had hot water, but when you first turn the water on in the tub, a big gush of brown water comes out. Not impressed at all.

Good to stay for long periods of work.
