Honestly this is the worst apartment and stay I've ever had. Not really recommended to stay here. The first one I was told was a fraud because there was no cash and I didn't use banking. The marketing is like people can't use good language. And what's even worse is that I asked to check in at 13.00 and I was given the key at 14.20. stay for 1 day at Apatel, the room is clean, the facilities are also complete, there is a stove, ac fridge, TV ... but what I disappoint is I have to bother a little more in checking in and checking out ... my experience, I have to call and make an appointment holding the key takes some time, then a transfer deposit of 300rb is required which is returned after 5 days of checking out of this Apatel .. even though I traveled out of town, when asked he said later 7 days max returned, but for this I bothered my side even though in the end the deposit was returned on the 5th day after checking out ... because in another city, I was quite worried to wait for the deposit ... hopefully next time to stay there refund the deposit can be done on the day we check out where the tenant and we can both check the room so that the surrender of keys at once all matters are finished when checking out ..
