It's hard to describe my experience staying here, but for the sake of helping my friends and also as a reference for hotel managers, I will try to convey it with a heavy heart. What is certain is that it's not that bad and also not that good... the location of the hotel is very strategic, no need to worry if you suddenly get hungry in the middle of the night, you just have to step outside, along the road in front of the hotel is the culinary center of Bukittinggi, precisely under the Limpapeh bridge. I got the front room, it turned out that it was not soundproof, it was quite noisy because the hotel was located on the side of a large road near a traffic light and coincidentally in front of the hotel there was a cafe that played music quite loudly so it was difficult to sleep soundly at night. The room did not have AC but there was a fan, my friends, as a result the damp smell of the carpeted floor was smelled and stuffy, when I opened the window it didn't really help. In fact, it makes me worried if there are naughty people peeking or more than just peeking. There is no water heater for taking a shower. Those who usually take a shower in the morning end up shivering from the cold. But because the staff are friendly and kind, I feel at home staying there and I can ask for breakfast to be delivered to my room.

Standard Kanar with a fan, the worst thing is that the shower is small and there is no hot water. The receptionist was not cooperative and did not provide a solution when complained.

Pelayanan cukup baik. Fasilitas cukup bersih & nyaman. Hanya karpetnya yang masih berdebu, perlu di-vaccuum dengan lebih baik. Untuk yang alergi debu, hotel ini mungkin bukan pilihan yang pas karena semua lantai kamar dilapisi karpet. Lokasi dekat dengan pusat kuliner & jam gadang, sangat strategis.

Kamarnya sangat bersih dan sangat mengesankan.

Minuses: 1. Squat WC. Not suitable for elderly. 2. There is no air conditioning and lack of ventilation. So stuffy. Fan wind. But I'm not comfortable with the fan. 3. No tissue provided. 4. The blanket pad is dirty, like it wasn't replaced with a new one, the sheets and pillowcases are clean. 5. There is no sink or storage for toiletries in the bathroom. 6. No mirror in the bathroom. 7. No toiletries are provided, only towels. 8. The shower is small. 9. There is no security guard outside to guard the car. Plus: 1. The bathroom is clean 2. The blanket is up to date, the bed cover. 3. In the room use the carpet. 4. Rooms are not too small. Roomy enough. 5. Mineral water is provided. 6. There is hot water. 7. Receptionists are friendly. 8. Enough parking. 9. Breakfast is ok.

Clean, comfortable, and excellent service 👌. Just put it in, maybe the occasional breakfast is more varied 🙏.
