The place is clean and comfortable. It's close to the main road, and many becaks pass by, making it easy to get around. Unfortunately, it was during Eid al-Fitr, so the fare was expensive; it's still cheaper to take an ojol (motorcycle taxi). There's free tea and coffee in the morning, which you can make yourself. It's a bit far from Malioboro, a 10-minute walk, but it's still a good deal.

The location is close to Malioboro, making it suitable for families staying in one room. If the parking lot is full, you'll need to wait to be called. Check-in is quick, requiring only a photo ID. The bathroom water supply needs to be maintained. Hot water for showering is available.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is very strategic, and vehicles can be safely parked. Many of the bathroom facilities are in disrepair. Hopefully, they can be further improved in the future.
