Fast check-in, friendly staff, clean hotel.

I stayed in a family room yesterday with two children and three adults. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good AC and a water heater. The staff was friendly, and tea and coffee were available every morning, plus free mineral water refills.

The hotel is spacious enough to stay in. The place is clean, both the bed and everything else. The service is friendly. Access to Malioboro is quite close on foot, taking about 12 minutes at a leisurely pace. If it's busy on Saturday nights, just walk from the hotel to Malioboro. Please pay attention to the television, as the screen is blue and needs to be fixed. Other than that, overall, it's good.

This is a very family-friendly inn. The building is old, but it's clean, tidy, and smells great. The staff are very friendly, and even those of us who wanted to check in early were able to get our rooms ready quickly. Luckily, there was a room available at the time. The neighborhood is also quiet, and the inn is just a short walk from the Jogja station, making it easy to get everywhere. If I ever go to Jogja, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the room smelled of cigarettes, even though I booked a non-smoking room. There were bedbugs in the mattress. Perhaps they could improve their cleanliness.
