No internal aircon

Absolutely horrible communication. There’s basically no reception and entering and finding the hotel was a very confusing process. The air conditioner was also a hassle to set up. The ceiling was also not finished and had cracks. It’s less like a hotel/serviced apartment and more like a student dormitory.

Clean and good location.

Comfortable beds. Air conditioning, and shutters on windows. Kitchen was good but with not enough working surfaces. Location good - easy transport into centre, nearby shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Being on a high floor meant that it was pretty quiet with the windows closed, but the square outside was too noisy to leave the windows open when sleeping. There was an 'Essentials' room on the 6th floor, which was intermittently stocked - the first time we visited there was no milk, but there was on the second time. Unfortunately two out of three lifts were out of order. This often led to queues for the lift. In addition, the pin code system required to operate the lift repeatedly failed to work, stopping us from going to the correct floor. Stairs were available but being on the 9th floor, it was easier just to wait. Slightly unclear about the method of entry to the building in advance, as we were sent information implying the requirement of a check-in process when one did not exist. However, this was relatively minor, and overall, the stay was good.

The aparthotel was fine, had all the amenities described and was clean and well equipped. It was 30+ degrees during our stay and the room did get hot and stuffy - a portable AC had been provided but it generated as much heat as cold air so didn't make much difference. I hadn't realised the building was unmanned, which made me a little uneasy in case something went wrong and we needed assistance. We didn't have any problems thankfully. The only issue was the fire alarm went off - apparently this happens regularly if people cook and don't open the window to let the heat/steam out - however there wasn't any alarm sounding just flashing lights. We only noticed because we were waiting for the lift and it displayed a message saying it wasn't operating because of fire procedures. Other people continued to enter the building and use the stairs - presumably not noticing the alarm lights. We decided to wait outside as a precaution. The fire brigade turned up after about 20mins, did their checks and turned the alarm off. It is concerning that there was no alarm sounding.

The property is ok but not great. I feel that I lived in a student dormitory rather than a hotel. Living in a student dormitory is perfectly okay except the price I paid is much higher than a dormitory. There are pluses: many eateries, a bug supermarket, pharmacy nearby. It is about 7 minutes walk to a nearby tram station, making it very convenient.

The property is highly recomanded ,for the modern apartmants well furnitured clean and safe . very well located with nearby train station and deliciocus coffee and restorants .

Nice clean modern rooms with comfortable beds in a lively part of Cologne.

The location was good. Quite and safe. A large supermarket was just across the street. The kitchenette was well equipped with stove top and hood. Dishwasher was a plus. It’s perfect if you want to cook. Parking garage was very close to the building. Recommended!

Overall was everything really good. I had space, and big shower With a beautiful view outside from the 9 floor. But I noticed that I would charged if I need another towel, and the heating towels was working half way.: but overall everything was pleasing. JUST NOTICE : when you get your card via the machine, in the end for 1-2 seconds you'll see your room number.... lucky me I had friend with me that saw the first 2 numbers ... we was lost for couple minutes but then we found it. You have tv in the room and overall nice and quiet neighbors

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Good location with plenty of restaurants and shops and near transport links. Had a lovely view over the square in front and of the city from 6th floor. No full time reception though unfortunately.

Wir hatten für meinen 30. Geburtstag ein XL-Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Statt eines entspannten Check-ins standen wir nachts stundenlang im heißen Flur, weil der Türcode nicht funktionierte. Der versprochene Security kam nie, die Hotline war unfreundlich und inkompetent, und am Ende mussten wir uns sogar Bettwäsche selbst zusammensuchen. Erst nach über 1,5 Stunden und drei verschiedenen Zimmern konnten wir schlafen. Für ein „stylisches“ Hotel absolut enttäuschend.

THE PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION, THE PROBLEM IS THAT COMUNICATION IS TERIBLE AND IT TAKES A LOT OF TIME TO FIX PROBLEMS, AND THE ANSWER THAT WE GOT FROM ONE OF THE STAFF LAKS OF ANY CONGRUENCE, THE CLEANING IS ONLY WITH ONCE A WEEK, AND THEY DONT ADVERTISE THAT THEY DONT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, IT WAS THE WORST TIME 86F AND THE STAFF JUST SAID OPEN A WINDOW, IT WAS HOT AS HELL
