The bed was very inadequate, the mattress felt like springs, the pillows smelled, and if someone smoked the smell came inside even though the air-conditioned room was tightly closed.

The bathroom door wouldn't close because it was slightly larger than the bathroom door. Towels and toiletries weren't provided; they had to be requested at the front desk. The Wi-Fi was less than ideal.

Towels, soap, etc., if you don't ask for them, they won't be given/they won't be provided in the room.

starting from the towel ,it was smell,not clean ,torn/ripped,tv not working,no soap and pillow was smell and ripped. room space is ok,access is ok .

Everything about this hotel is BAD. Dirty room, dirty toilet. Ripped sheet, bad smell. Dirty bed, AC is not working and windows cannot be closed. And I ordered their best room. They don’t have elevator, so if you have luggage, it’s a hassle to carry up.

Not bad for that price. Staff can be communicated and friendly, cheap. TV GAIN'T ON, bed and sheets seem GAIN'T changed. Towels are given in the morning.
