We did not receive check-in instructions in advance, but were very grateful that someone quickly came to meet us when we called. The space was manageable for three people and we appreciated access to a washer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Very easy to get to Kawaguchi Nishi station and lots of shops within a block or two. Beds were a bit hard, but overall we were very pleased with our stay.

love the area, but know the room is small, the sleeping arrangement isn't the best. The twin sofa sleeper is not comfortable, and the bed is a futon bed on the floor. but the owner is super nice and easy to communicate with. Probably a good solution for one or two people who are used to camping.

The apartment had a great layout and felt spacious. The host was very responsive and informative. Very conveniently close to the train station. I really enjoyed my stay here!

It is a great accomodation if you want to experience the original Japanese lifestyle.

Very good conditions of the apartment for the cost per day. Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom and the owner of the apartment decided to delete my data off of my Netflix and change it to his account for some reason. Very unprofessional and very disgusting act.

The appartment is in a local and safe area although it looks old. My family stayed in room 303 for 4 nights. It was a very comfort place. It has two bedrooms and a family room with two sofabeds, perfect for 6 people. It is very clean and has everything you need in the house. The apartment is five minutes away from the JR train station (about 30 min to Tokyo station) and there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around it, also a Donquixote nearby. The owner is very nice and friendly. We contacted through hotel.com msg and he replys fast. There is a keylock on the door (please remember to ask for the passcode).

思ったより綺麗でした。 洗濯機が使えるが壊れてる以外は快適でした。

熱水無法ㄧ直使用，需等待ㄧ段時間才有熱水，在5°的寒冷天氣裡，無法ㄧ直持續使用熱水洗澡是很痛苦的事情，尤其是到日本旅遊突然要更換住宿是很不方便的，很多飯店都沒空房了……

子犬と一緒に宿泊しましたが、オーナーさんがとても優しく、親切に対応して頂きました。また、関東へ旅行に来る際は利用させて頂きたいです。

ドンキがあってとても便利でした🙂‍↕️ でも海鮮系など食べたかったのでもう少し品ぞろえのあるスーパーが良かったです😓

駅から近いのと、ドンキホーテが近くにあったのは嬉しかった。室内も整頓されていて好感度あり。布団も枕も寝心地良かったです。
