A good breakfast and nice staff

Very friendly and clean and quiet

Good location

The hotel is clean and has a nice though understated style, esp in the guest rooms. Rooms, lack extra amenities, only the min necessary items. My room was missing a wastecan and only had a hand towel and bathtowel. The hand towel was actually the towel used just os of the shower. I did aske for another set of towels, whice were left in the room for me. The staff is generally very helpful esp maintenance when/if needed. All staff generally were very kind and helpful.

I need change the date Only one day and expedia cancel reservation with fee de $36 dollars Expedia is Bad company and bad hotel Never expedia used for me again.

Close to mall good breakfast but my bed had a pea stain underneath my sheets

Close to Chipichape Mall. Bathroom was not clean, it was obstructed, called for help 3 times to get it fixed.

The hotel was clean. Felt safe and the the staff was super friendly. Especially the gentleman at the front desk. He went above and beyond.

This is a great place to stay in Cali, the staff, the location, very clean and the price. I really really recommend it.

The hotel is nice and the service was great. The location is close to the better areas but only accessible by taxi (about 10-15mins). It is not walkable and is not in an area you can be out at night after dark. The rooms and hotel are pretty basic but are well designed and clean. Overall it is a pretty decent place to stay and reasonably priced.

Everything was good, clean, easy check in and people so friendly .

The staff was GREAT, the breakfast was GREAT, the hallways smell a little funny but outside from that EXCELLENT. Oh and no wash clothes just dry towels. The water doesn’t get hot but I would def stay again.
