5 5 Staying here was very satisfying, clean comfortable, the staff were also friendly.

Stayed overnight with my husband because there was a leak at home 😂 got a room in front of the swimming pool. Rada was surprised that the door was full glass facing the pool. The queen type mattress is a bit damaged, but the pillowcases & blankets are new. Got a towel and drink, but the drink was opened first. There is a 2in1 shampoo & soap but no toothbrush. The sink leaks, there is no exhaust in the bathroom, but there is a water heater. The air conditioner is new, really cold 👍🏻 please maintain it again, thank you.

Cukup menyenangkan, kamar bersih, suasana sangat nyaman, wifi dan smart TV nya oke. Petugas sangat ramah dan helpful. Mungkin yang menjadi masukan, tidak ada tissue di toilet, tempat colokan listrik kurang strategis dan shower air panasnya kurang, cenderung tidak panas sama sekali. Overall hotel yang cukup recommend untuk staycation.

The location of the hotel is near an alley and there are lots of food vendors, for the cleanliness of the rooms it is clean, what's more, it has a good view overlooking the swimming pool and a direct view. The best anyway. Recommend.

Menginap pas banget ketika lebaran. Seharusnya dapat kamar di bawah, tapi minta pindah ke atas karena pengen yang hadap kolam. Lumayan bersih, tapi sayang tidak terawat ya. Ada bau di toilet dan kamar mandi kuning. Seprai juga bernoda. Pelayanan baik. Padahal kolam renangnya walau kecil tapi nyaman. Sayang tadi tidak terawat, jadi ada debu dan sarang laba-laba yang jelas terlihat.

I ordered from 3 weeks ago, there was a record request for 3 rooms in front of the swimming pool, it turns out that there are games from the inn that are sold offline and already on the place tag first, the facilities have a water heater, in fact there isn't any, the blankets are like they haven't been replaced, used scuffed So, even though I've ordered 2 times, I've never been satisfied with the service.

It's really suitable for a family staycation, the rooms are nice, the pool is nice, inside, you have to use a life jacket for those who can't swim, but so far nothing has disappointed me.

The staff were helpful and kind. The outside room looks good; They have a swimming pool, and it is clean, just like in the description. But I need to highlight the room itself. It has a big TV, you can watch YouTube. The air conditioner is running well. But in the corner of the wall has leak roof stain, kind of dirty. The bedsheets and towel look dirty. No water heater (for me, it 's fine. I mentioned this for those who expected hot water). They need to make improvements.

The place is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, the air conditioning is desirable, the pool is clean, the pool is beautiful, it really bounces ❤.
