When I entered the room, the old room smell was really unpleasant. I only stayed for 1 day so I could get to the airport nearby and have a shuttle bus to the airport, but when I got to the airport I had to wait for the bus for a long time. The room was hot because the air conditioner was broken. My boyfriend called to ask for help, but it was too hot. Pills can't handle it forever. It wasn't until I went down to the lobby that I was upset and then changed my room. The management staff is not friendly, I have never been anywhere and met a manager with such an attitude. I rate it 2 stars because it changed my room, but thinking about the management aspect, I only want to give it 1 star. This Novotel is so bad, compared to other Novotels I've stayed at, I will never come back again.
