Location is absolutely wonderful. Very central to everything we needed in our 2 night stay. The room is big enough for our family of 4, but not a lot of extra room. That was no problem, though, since they have a decent sized cafeteria, with all glasses, mugs, utensils, plates, wine bottle opener, etc that we could possibly need. There is only instant coffee provided there, but a large selection of tea. There are 2 additional bathrooms in the common area, which we used to brush teeth while one of us showered in the room. There is also a nice seating area with books in the common area. We were allowed to store our luggage there after checkout until time to head to train station. We felt very safe there. And while we heard street noises, the walls shared between our room and other rooms were soundproof. We would stay there again. Note: You DO need to contact the hotel in advance to give an estimate arrival time. We found this is completely normal in Italy. You will also need to show passports for all guests. Also completely normal in Italy. The receptionist is there normally 8:00am-20:00pm, but she also cleans the rooms, so not always standing at the front. She is around though.

Great location! This hotel gave us easy access to many attractions in Florence and some of the best restaurants were close by. The common area was convenient, had some fresh drinking water and a kettle. The staff at reception could be better - they close at 8pm and when we reached there at 7.50, they had already locked up the elevator and were ready to leave. The elevator inside Centro is not on 8pm-6am - they should really keep that elevator running 24/7.

Clean and comfortable room close to SMN and Duomo. With a supermarket and restaurants just steps away, you can get meals easily! It was also 10min away from Fortezza da Basso.

Great location in the heart of Florence, just a few minutes walk from all the major attractions. Clean room and friendly staff. Would highly recommend

Good location but there is no one available at the front desk. If you need anything you can communicate through The app messages. The shower head can be improved. It was not working the 1st day.

It was exactly what I needed: affordable, clean & safe. Not fancy, I could hear some noise from other guests & occasional revelers in the street, but it didn’t bother me. 10 min walk to the train station, and easy access (2-to-15 minute walks) to museums, restaurants, shopping, the river. The front desk is not attended 24/7, so don’t expect full service all day (questions, reservations, luggage storage). I’m not sure, but some rooms may have a shared bathroom- I booked one specifically for a private bathroom.

The location was excellent you can walk to all major sites. The rooms were comfortable and staff very helpful. If you have problems climbing stairs this is not the place for you. I had no issues with the stairs but I know some people might.

Good location on street with dining options and super market right next door. Room was ok, a bit dated. ac worked fine. TV channels were hit or miss. Wifi was not very strong in my room so loses points there. I did like the common room which we have access to for eating, eletric kettle etc. Staff was nice. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 for me.

Foi muito bom! Super bem localizado e um apartamento confortável! O hotel é com poucos quartos, são modernos e minimalista! Ar condicionado e banheiro bons!

O hotel oferece quartos muito bons, tanto o espaço quanto o banheiro estavam impecáveis, confortáveis e bem cuidados. Porém, tivemos algumas situações desconfortáveis: a recepção parece que não funciona. Chegamos num dia de semana em um horário durante o dia ainda e a pessoa que iria nos receber queria saber o horário exato da nossa chegada para nos atender (além de ter atrasado um tempo e ter sido cobrada) e o check out, saímos as 09h não encontramos ninguém e deixamos as chaves na recepção. Outro ponto negativo foi o cheiro forte de cigarro em todo o hall do prédio, o que incomoda bastante. No quarto, felizmente, não havia esse problema. Um detalhe curioso é que o ar-condicionado só funcionava no modo aquecedor — pelo que entendi, isso é comum em hotéis na Itália.

The hotel isn't mand all off the timer there are open for tjek in. The where a funky smell in the shared bathroom. And on night the power went out and i was pretty hard to in contact with any one form the hotel
