At first, when I booked for under 1 million rupiah for two nights, I was very skeptical about getting a house. When I arrived, I found a 3-bedroom house with complete amenities: a kitchen, a TV area, and a garage. The house was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a vacation with a large family. 😍

The homestay owner is kind and friendly, and the homestay is clean and comfortable. It doesn't have air conditioning, but it's cool enough. The price is very affordable. I'll definitely come back here again if I go to Batu Malang.

This homestay is recommended for groups, there are 3 comfortable and clean rooms, there is a mini kitchen with complete cooking utensils, so you can save on consumption. The bathroom is clean and has a water heater, so you don't have to worry about getting cold when taking a shower. There is enough parking for about 5 motorbikes. Only the place is a bit inside, find the location via the map through an alley, even though if you already know the way, you don't need to go through a narrow alley. With a price below 400 K, this homestay is highly recommended.

Thank God, at first I didn't have high expectations when I arrived. Masha Allah, the father was really nice, the place is comfortable, clean, fragrant, close to tourist attractions, really recommended if you come here next time you want to come here again 🫶.

The owner is friendly, the location is a bit inside but enough for cars to pass and close to shops, the place to stay is clean (3 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen), water heater, wifi, tv works well. Highly recommended overall 👍🏻.

Bapaknya baik banget dan fast response. Harga 400 ribuan dapat 3 kamar masih dikasih extra bed, dapur lengkap termasuk gula-kopi, water heater, garasi, Wi-Fi, TV, kipas 1, payung, jemuran. Minus AC tapi masih oke kok karena dingin banget. Minus tidak disediakan dispenser air galon. Rumahnya bersih, wangi, akses ke mana-mana juga deket termasuk warung.

Hotelnya bagus, tapi kurang bersih saja di beberapa sudut. Di samping dan belakang lemari masih berdebu, makanan juga enak dan harganya termasuk murah untuk kelas hotel, mirip dengan harga resto pinggir jalan.

Safe, comfortable, and of course the right choice of stay for families. Without a fan and AC it's cold, it feels really homey, close to BNS tourism, Jatim Park, Eco Green Park, cheap to rent in a house with 3 rooms.

Tempatnya bersih sekali, wangi, strategis. Ke BNS dan pusat makanan sangat dekat cukup jalan kaki. Pelayanannya maksimal. Air hangat malam tidak nyala, langsung di respon saat itu juga. Lingkungan sekitar juga ramah, warung dekat, untuk apa-apa mudah. ATM, Alfa dan Indomaret juga dekat. Rekomendasi sekali untuk yang mau ke Batu wisata di BNS, dekat dengan Jatim Park 2 juga.
