Staying at the Livin Hotel Family Room is comfortable and spacious. The rooms are spacious with a living room, kitchenette, and two beds (a large and a small). There are two bathrooms, a refrigerator, complete toiletries, and working hot and cold water. An added bonus is parking right in front of the room (when it's not busy). Public facilities are also excellent, including swimming pools for adults and children. The location is strategic, close to Gembira Loka Zoo, and there are easy access to food vendors nearby. It's perfect for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Overall okay. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff, this hotel could be one of the choices.

Come here with family, the kids are happy to play in the pool. Cleanliness is okay, location is okay, close to the city center but not on a congested route. Near the hotel there are many food stalls in the morning, so it's safe if you don't include breakfast. The only drawback is in the family room, the living room is not air-conditioned, so it's not comfortable if you want to relax in the living room. Parking is a bit limited but the security is quick to direct you.

The room was quite comfortable for that price, but the bathroom had a small water flow and the sink tap was a bit broken so when it was used, water splashed onto the body and it had been reported to the hotel staff.
