The property didn't honor my booking. In the reception there ' s an announcement that the hotel do not provide booking service through application.

Toiletries are not provided such as toothpaste and soap. There is no spare water supply when the water is turned off, you can't even urinate.

Really not comfortable at all, the air conditioner is not cold, the receptionist is not standby at the counter. Almost 1 hour waiting to check in. The service is not satisfactory, the people are not friendly.
