My experience staying here was so-so. The water heater was okay, the amenities were okay, but the TV was tingling inside, and the refrigerator wasn't cold or hadn't been turned on beforehand. The scariest part was, in the middle of the night before dawn, the lights suddenly went out, leaving the room completely dark, making the room a bit eerie. Thankfully, the lights came back on an hour later, just as dawn was approaching. The food was standard, with the breakfast menu being the same: fried rice.

Enjoyed staying here, exceeded my expectations. Initially booked a bungalow type but was upgraded to an executive bungalow because the other bungalow had a problem with the water heater. The head of the staff was also very friendly (if I weren't mistaken his name is Mr. Rahiman), he also offered us a service to be taken to the hiking basecamp in the morning. The room fits 3-4 pax, the bed is comfortable and clean, the water heater is ok and the bathroom is quite clean. What makes it nice is the view you can get from the front terrace of the room and there is also a balcony to sit and have breakfast :) would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a decent stay in Sembalun!

Safe, comfortable, strategic location.

The view is quite good. Only the breakfast is very small... the room facilities are only towels, no soap or shampoo.

Friendly and responsive staff, comfortable bungalow rooms, location on the side of the road so easy to find. The view is okay 👍. Breakfast can choose fried rice or fried noodles

Pemandangannya bagus banget, pelayanan ramah, sarapan nasi goreng enak, wastafel yang berkarat sudah waktunya ganti deh, selebihnya nyaman.

Very expensive almost 2 million 2 small bungalow rooms. Check-in at around 5 pm was not ready, the room was still swept by the room mop even though I had paid a lot from noon via the application. Breakfast of cheap packaged fried noodles. Facilities and service are very, very lacking. Not really recommended. Less welcome.

Tempatnya bagus, langsung menghadap puncak rinjani dan bukit pergasingan. Sayang gak bisa lihat karena sedang kabut. Untuk service-nya bagus. Ada camping ground juga kalau yang dateng rombongan.

It is an old hotel although we could see that they tried to clean and keep it. There were barely any staff around and the food/drinks are not recommended.

Although the view that we can enjoy from this place is quite good with a view of Rinjani and Pegasingan hills, but several things need to be evaluated: hot water is only for a short time even though it is very important in cold weather such as sembalun, blackouts, toilets are not clean, garbage from other guests is still there in the bathroom. Prayer tools are not provided in the room and for breakfast there should be a variety of food.
