The cleanliness of the room is lacking because there are still many hairs scattered on the floor, the smell of the bathroom can be smelled when you first open the door. However, the service and facilities are okay. The staff are fast in handling complaints and friendly.

Overall, it's okay for a short stay. I happened to be waiting for my nephew to be hospitalized at Mitra Keluarga Hospital, the distance is not too far. There is a cafe & Mixue in the same location as the hotel. Only the bathroom door was broken and when entering the room there was a bad smell like it was damp or had not been used for a long time.

Ordered long ago but it turned out to be cancelled.

The writing on the reception desk was 2,000 car parking, 1,000 motorbike parking, instead it was withdrawn by the parking attendant, 1 5,000 motorcycle was really disappointing. Normally 2 thousand or 3 thousand is normal. Please just replace the management with the illegal parking attendants if they don't match the writings listed on the Receptionist.
