My Points

Checking is difficult because the employees are not on standby (have to go around to find employees), the room is not cleaned first, the bed cover smells like it hasn't been replaced for a long time, the TV with the LCD is broken (turned off but the screen is glowing), the air conditioner is not cold.

Untuk chekinnya susah karena karyawannya tidak standby (harus muter2 untuk cari karyawannya), kamarnya tidak di bersihkan terlebih dahulu, cover bed bau seperti sudah lama tidak di ganti, TV dengan LCD yang rusak (dimatikan tapi layarnya bercahaya), AC tidak dingin.

The shower is stuck, the toilet is sitting, the water is not coming out. The mineral water is very small.

Kamar mandi showernya macet, toilet duduk, airnya tidak keluar. Air mineralnya kecil sekali.
