There's no parking, the rooms are tiny, the toilets are small and unclean, and the food isn't varied or tasty. The only positive point is the friendly staff.

Overall, the hotel is excellent in terms of comfort, location, cleanliness, and service. However, the breakfast was not Muslim-friendly; we could only eat rice, salad, and fruit. Boiled eggs should have been provided for those of us who cannot eat the fried eggs.

The hotel is okay for that price, but it's far from the beach and restaurants; you have to take a taxi to get anywhere. It's near a military base, so there's nothing to do for entertainment. When I arrived early and asked for early check-in, the receptionist charged an extra 300,000 VND, which is completely unreasonable. They wouldn't let me check in even though there was a room available, saying the hotel regulations stated check-in was only allowed at 3 PM.

The rooms were clean, with bed linens changed and water refilled daily. The breakfast was varied and quite delicious. If I have the opportunity to travel to Da Nang again, I will choose this hotel again. A place worth experiencing for tourists visiting Da Nang.

I was truly disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor throughout my stay. In particular, the toilet area was without water for two consecutive nights, severely impacting guests' daily lives. Although I reported this to the reception desk beforehand, the problem was not resolved. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were quite run-down. The towels were old, discolored, and no longer clean. Given its advertised 4-5 star rating, the current quality of service and facilities is completely inconsistent with the price paid. I hope the hotel will review its maintenance and upgrades to its facilities and improve service quality to provide a better experience for guests in the future. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this stay.

The hotel was very clean, the security guard was super friendly, the Front Office and Food & Beverage staff were very sociable and helpful with anything we needed, the food was delicious and suited my family's taste, and the hotel was close to many attractions in the city center 🥰
