Bad experience, difficult check-in and no proper solution offered. I had to find another hotel instead.

The check-in process is difficult and requires a very large initial deposit.

There are so many insects like small cockroaches and tomcats, all of our bodies are bitten by insects. Spray Baygon every day. The facilities and rooms are appropriate, nothing is wrong. The service from CS is also okay. The check-in process must be careful because according to the management, apartment units are actually not allowed to be rented daily. So you can't tell the security guard that we rent daily. So it's like playing cat and mouse. There is only 1 drain hole in the toilet, and the water stagnates because one side of the closet is high. Overall, it's okay for a 1-day stay. But for a long term (I stayed 9 nights yesterday) I'm fed up. My body was destroyed by tomcats. There are videos & photos too. There are many other small insects. At first I wanted to smoke on the balcony but I canceled it altogether and didn't open the balcony because I was afraid of insects coming in. It turned out that even without opening it, there were already many insects.

Many spre cockroaches don't change blankets don't replace. The pungent odor of the leaking air conditioner in the dirty room.

Hotel facilities are ok and comfortable. But the service for check in and check out is very troublesome and time consuming.

The bed linen has a lot of stains, for a deposit please fix it again. The period of people's rights in detention, without a response arrived. Promised trf but not trf on the same day. Supposedly after checkout ontime the deposit was returned the same day.

Strange hotel, I've been asked to change the schedule / change units, I've been willing to let go of changing units further away but instead asked for a deposit too, in the end I didn't stay, the most obvious hotel, just a waste of money, don't stay here, my advice.

The apatel operator ask for a deposit, at same price of the room before entering the unit. Until D + 4 there is no response. There is also some stain on the bed, and also small hairs on the bed.

Lokasi berada di depan lottemart taman surya. Di lobby terdapat minimarket sehingga memudahkan kita untuk berbelanja. Keamanan juga baik, untuk naik ke unit apartemen dibutuhkan kartu akses.

Lokasinya bagus dan tempatnya bersih.

The place is clean and overall excellent.
