Unfortunately most of the foods for breakfast had pork in that and if you dont eat pork, your choice of breakfast is very limited. The rest of the thing was ok.

It's ok if you have no other options in the area but I wouldn't stay again.

Modern clean and new. Delicious free breakfast buffet daily. Coin laundry on site. Walking distance to train station. Will definitely stay here again when in Shiki!

This hotel is in the “business hotel” category, so the room is tiny but highly inexpensive. I was pleasantly surprised by how cleverly things are designed inside the room, which makes the small space very usable. The building is still 2 years old, and it is pretty clean.

The check-in and check-out were automated and fast and the room was comfortable, modern, and clean. The complimentary hot breakfast had extensive offerings. The front desk staff were helpful and kind when we were checking our luggage for a day of wandering around. The location next to the station is central and has a lot of shopping and dining options.

Chose the hotel because it had parking and I had a lot of things, and the day would be pouring down rain. Upon arrival was told that the parking lot on site was full ( there are roughly 15 parking spaces.. the hotel has 13 floors of guest rooms with about 10 rooms per floor) .. the staff member was unhelpful. If you don’t actually have parking for people don’t claim it. It’s just a Toyoko Inn so I didn’t have high expectations for the room but the bed was literally the hardest bed I’d ever slept on. No give at all. The area is fine , the hotel is clean.

Very clean and convenient to shopping, transportation. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of western and Japanese food that was delicious.

Excellent place for the price! Very close and convenient to Shiki station and daily breakfast buffet was amazing and carefully and deliciously prepared. Very clean and well ran and managed. What else you need for the affordable nightly stay when you are on the go? Thank you Toyoko Inn Shiki!

The cleanliness of the hotel is amazing as is the friendliness of the staff.

静かでよかったです。ただし、コロナで朝ごはんがお弁当になっていますが、メニューが勝手に決まって配られるのは微妙ですね。ベジタリアンフレンドリーではないです。

廊下に置かれているゴミが気になりました。

ツインの部屋を利用させていただきましたが… はっきり言って、すごく狭かったです。 私事ですが、杖をついて歩く生活をしています。 なので、そういった体に不自由がある方は利用しづらいと思います。 朝食付きでしたが、洋食メインで、私には合わなかったです。 コンビニも、少し歩かないとないので少し不便に感じました。 駐車場は、(敷地内)のは、事前に申告性で、空いてなければ、近くの提携コインパーキングとのことでしたが…少し距離ありますね。 提携先のコインパーキングは、出し入れするたびにお金がかかるので…そこだけ気をつけたいですね。

部屋も綺麗ですしスタッフの対応も非常に良かった。朝食も美味しかった。

初めて連泊で利用させていただいたのですが、志木駅からも近かった為、不自由なく過ごすことができました。 料金も安く、無料朝食つきやお部屋の設備も満足で、また機会がありましたら、利用させていただきたいと思っております。

部屋はとても、清潔だった。 全館禁煙にして、喫煙ルームを設置して欲しい。 無料朝食はよかった。 ただ、食事スペースが狭く、動きづらい。 混雑していて出戻った。 フロントスタッフの対応がイマイチ。 他の作業をしていたらしく、その手を止めさせてしまったのは分かるが、、 あからさまな態度に出すのはどうかと…

次回も利用してみたいと思える所でした。

なぜだか、2月の三連休、喫煙室のみで他がすべて満室でした。喫煙フロアに降り立った途端、たばこの匂いが強すぎましたが、部屋はそこまで気になるほど臭くはありませんでした。掃除も行き届いており、きれいなお部屋でした。 親子4名で宿泊したものの、夜少し寒く感じたのでブランケットをお願いしたところ、快く2枚貸していただき快適に眠ることができました。 朝食は室内のTVモニターで「翌朝の朝食は食べますか？食べる場合の人数は１人、2人、3人以上」という質問があり、3人以上で回答しましたが、連休最終日の朝食は8時前にはすべてパンが出払っており、食べるものが少なくて残念でした。パンが個包装になっているので、朝食が終わった後も複数個持っていっている宿泊客も目に入り、それが原因なのか、ホテル側の用意の問題なのか・・残念だったポイントはそこだけです。
