Precioso lugar

The room had an incredible mountain view and was plenty large. Staff were all very friendly, and when we needed something, they were quick to help. The pool was not heated, which was perfect in the heat. 3 Jacuzzis which must be reserved an hour in advance to preserve energy. The bathroom was nice overall, however, waterflow on the toilet was low, and the shower head was attached to a pipe to make a quasi rainfall head. It's a bummer because the shower enclosure itself os large and well finished. Restaurant on property was good with great service from Armando. The winery next door is superb with wonderful views as well. One bizarre thing. To check in, no one was at the desk and we needed to whatsapp staff that we arrived. That was a consistent theme, using whatsapp bc no one was there most of the time. But staff responses fast on whatsapp and gets to the desk or your room in a hurry. 100% would stay again!

Beautiful place

Nothing special. Shower head was super calcified half of the water holes were working and the toilet didn’t flush called to fix it but never was fixed but the staff is amazing!!!!!!!

Great place

Beautiful place to stay in Valle de Guadalupe. Only regret was not staying for longer.

Second stay, and it doesn’t disappoint. Great location and staff. Conveniently located to wineries. Highly recommend.

Room was very clean, and the property was very pretty. There are several hot tubs, a pool, and a restaurant on the property. Everything is very clean and the staff at the restaurant are very friendly. At night we sat outside the restaurant area, and since it was cold they turned on heaters. They have spa services, and the best part is that they go to your room for the services if you prefer that. There is a winery walking distance from the property. All communication is done through WhatsApp which makes communication easy. Very nice. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be coming back!

Very nice clean and comfortable room. The property is secluded and it is reached via dirt roads which is similar to most properties including wineries. It’s spacious, like a casita. Nice shower. Lots of jacuzzis close by which can be reserved so it’s more private. Beautiful sunsets. Our bed frame was very noisy but it the mattress was comfortable. The amenities are scarce, you have a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee but no sugar or cream or stirring stick. Bring your own. They provide wine glasses and wine opener. The amenities in the restroom are fine. We tried the restaurant and found the food ok and pricey for what you get. We would skip it next time. Overall it’s a beautiful property.

The hotel and amenities were great. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The views and location were amazing as well. Perfect for families or couples.
