Hotel nya kotor, tidak sesuai dengan foto yang ada. Kamar mandi kotor, saat mandi air keciprat ke kaca dan merembes keluar kamar, sehingga becek di kamar. Wifi nya tidak ada. Hari pertama tidak ada air minum, hari kedua baru dikasih dengan alasan kosong, sarapan nya tidak ada. Sedangkan bookingan kamar nya ada sarapan nya.

The room and toilet were very dirty, the shower was broken so it was very uncomfortable to shower in, the sheets were torn and had stains. Asked to clean it but promises were just promises, until we got home it wasn't cleaned, the TV couldn't be used at all. The staff is good but not really good for staying overnight.

The room was not clean, the water in the bathroom was black, maybe it hadn't been used for a long time, and the water was leaking into the bed area.
