We stayed here for seven days as a family of four. The hotel is mostly occupied by the mining workers through out the week so parking can be a little challenging if you’re coming back from your activities later in the evening. There is no microwave or fridge in the rooms and they have housekeeping every day which we liked and kept everything stocked up in the rooms. The rooms we got were very quiet on the fourth floor and we also liked that in order to use the elevators you need a room key so that security feature was nice to have. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely use this hotel again.

AC in room was perfect! It kept room at the right temperature for our comfort. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we didn’t plan for an early check in but staff was able to accommodate us at time of arrival (1:40pm) without any issues.

The tv wasn’t working, to be able to use the power outlets next to the bed we would have to leave the bathroom light on, the ac was difficult to understand and wasn’t working correctly, the bathroom only had 1 half used tp roll, check in and check out service were very poor, the ladies at the front desk seemed annoyed and had terrible actitudes. The bed sheets were clean and pillows were comfortable, that’s about it.
