Very comfortable and everything felt perfect, the facilities, location, cleanliness and comfort were good until we were locked out (because the door password was suddenly changed without our knowledge as guests) and couldn't enter the room and had to wait for almost 2 hours in the cold and almost midnight. Very annoying. From the beginning of checking in without assistance and self-checking via email with the app and having to send personal data. The requested data details were unclear and long-winded, to sending several emails at once (should have been able to provide information directly once) and it turned out that I had to send a passport photo, because I hadn't sent it, the door to my room was immediately password changed, and left me locked out. Even though you can contact me again via email if you need to send a passport photo without having to lock the guest out.
