My Points

The cleanliness is disgusting. Water is leaking from the ceiling. The toilet is leaking. The reception desk doesn't sit still, you have to search for it for an hour.  the towel is not changed. I do not recommend staying at this hotel

See above, no water in the morning for washing and toilette, dirty, even for Africa very slow service
