Staff was great. Location was great. Price was good. Bathroom was a bit more of a squeeze than I expected, but otherwise nicely appointed and fine. Best hot shower I ever had in India! I guess the part i didn't understand before i got there was what the 'serviced apartment' concept meant. It meant in my case that there was a suite of three hotel rooms opening into a common lunchroom area with a counter, fridge and large table. I didn't really need to use all that, I just stayed in my room, but i could imagine those things might be useful for an extended stay, or if one was traveling with a group. The main down side was that the A/C had some sort of intake vent problem and it was bringing in some slightly musky scent at night, and it had a remote that was not functioning consistently. Happily the room was quite cool and the fan was enough, and there was no problem running the A/C during the day. In general I had a nice stay and appreciated the incredibly friendly staff.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.

The location is excellent. Shops are very near. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I.would definitely stay there again

Quite a good location with friendly staff, but it was noisy at night particularly if you have one of the rooms at the front of the hotel.

The place is nice, but there’s construction happening right next door from 7.30am. Which means one can’t sleep or work through the day. I asked the receptionist for late check out and they didn’t even bother to check which room, which date I was leaving. Just kept saying oh we have early check in that morning and when I asked which morning, they couldn’t answer.
