The service was excellent. One complaint is that the contact phone number is unclear. It would be great if each branch had a clear phone number for customers to easily contact.

the staff is very friendly, the room is clean and the location is very good, I really like staying here, if I come to thailand again, I will stay here again

The hotel is very clean, the toilets are clean, the AC is very cold, it's comfortable here.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, comfortable, but not very soundproof. The room is still new, very straightforward.
