Entering the villa area, we were greeted by a murky plunge pool, probably due to the rain, and lots of dry leaves. The staff who escorted us to the villa had already seen it, but the answer was, "Okay, I'll ask later," so we cleaned it ourselves that afternoon and morning. After arriving on a day where we couldn't get an early check-in exemption, even though we had to pay, because our train arrived in the morning. On our return the next day, during breakfast, we had just arrived in our room at 8 a.m., and a WhatsApp chat already popped up with a reminder to prepare for check-out. There was also no late check-out exemption, even though we had to pay. The fatigue from the day before was barely over, and we had to rush to leave the villa, which we found a bit pricey compared to the 4-star or even 5-star hotels we usually stay in when we return to Solo, let alone after such an experience. It wasn't a homey experience for the first time. The noise from the parking lot was also very disturbing, very different from what was in the reviews circulating, the staff lacked smiles, their speaking style was polite but it felt more like they were giving instructions, it just didn't seem welcoming, with a pile of fatigue and drowsiness after spending the night on the train followed by half a day or more wandering around the city waiting for check-in time, we could only respond briefly, oh I see or okay.
