A pleasant experience at Bobopod Tanah Abang. The room, toilet, and communal area were clean. The staff were professional and responsive. They asked for a clean bedsheet because the one they had upon check-in had stains and it was immediately replaced. It was a pleasant stay. However, for light sleepers, it might be a bit disturbing, as the walls aren't soundproof, especially in rooms near the bathroom, as people's footsteps are always audible.

The hotel staff is friendly. Only if you use Traveloka and the dates are wrong, no refund is possible. But it's okay. Thank you. I will return there again.

Overall, the facilities provided are good, clean, and comfortable. However, there were some visitors who were quite disruptive, calling at 2 a.m., which was quite disturbing while sleeping. Perhaps they could have better soundproofing during quiet hours, as it really disturbed my sleep.

Bobobox is very comfortable, because we were too excited about the comfort for those of us who were checking in at Bobobox for the first time that we forgot to capture/document it by taking pictures. Until we didn't realize that the seconds before check out we were still comfortable and finally there was not a single photo/video that we documented. Maybe next time if we are given the opportunity to stay there again, the first thing we list is the documentation of how to access the room which is already featured with a QR scan to the room features from lighting etc. which can be modified/set easily. Thank you Bobobox, hopefully we will come back to check in there.
