The hotel staff is very friendly, the point is it is very comfortable to stay at Oyo Bukit Somber.

The electricity went out in the middle of the night, and the inn had no initiative to fix it. It was pitch black until morning.

It doesn't match the photo of the place, the bath water is dirty and crusty and you can't brush your teeth.

In my opinion, don't stay here. Asked for another 30k upon check in with the excuse that the man (already elderly) didn't get any profit from the app. When checking in, you also have to call the number listed first, waiting a long time just to check in. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, when you got home, your clothes were exposed to cigarette smoke. Bad. Originally 2 nights but only for one night. Got a room near the front terrace, the ventilation was directly at the front where the men smoked, the smoke entered the room. Worst experience.

I have booked a room well in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel the rooms were full.. luckily the money was returned.. Please provide more detailed information regarding room availability🙏

The room was really dirty. There were a lot of cigarette butts in the drawer. The water smelled. And the guy who was guarding the reception was hard to find. He never answered the phone. It was really bad!

Saya kapok cukup 1 kali ini aja nginap d hotel ini masa haraga ada tambahan biaya lagi gak sesuai di app sesudah tiba di hotel.

Dzolim banget yang punya penginapan. Saya datang dari luar kota jam 3 pagi, mau check-in kayak mau ngemis. Katanya kamar nya penuh, padahal saya sudah booking dan bayar dari 1 hari sebelumnya. Dan padahal di aplikasi traveloka dan aplikasi aplikasi lainnya kamar nya masih tersedia. Tidak ada itikad baik nya sama sekali. Minta maaf atau keluar temui tamu. Terpaksa saya menunggu sampai pagi, jam 6 lewat baru bisa masuk kamar. Itupun setelah di telpon sama Ibu Ibu yang jaga mungkin. Dan saya di suruh bayar lagi, karena katanya harga penginapan nya tidak sesuai dengan harga di traveloka. Di tambah uang kembalian saya 50 ribu tidak di kembalikan, dengan alasan jam checkout nya lebih. Padahal saya cuma numpang istirahat sebentar, tidak menginap. Giliran orang mau check-in, dimakan waktu nya. Air nya juga mati pas saya datang. Semoga berkah deh, makan hak hak orang lain. Mending diperbaiki dulu pengelolaan penginapan dan kerja sama nya sama aplikasi aplikasi nya, jangan sampai orang yang tidak tau sistem kerja sama nya seperti apa sama aplikasi malah jadi korban. Apa lagi pengelolaan penginapan nya, orang bayar mau menginap atau istirahat jangan di jadiin seperti pengemis.

Harga tidak, sesuai aplikasi jadi sangat mengecewakan.

Kamar booking-an saya sepertinya diambil sepihak atau gimana sehingga pada saat saya datang untuk check-in (sudah bayar), kamarnya dibilang sudah full (tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya jadi saya dengan santai dateng malam jam 22.00 dong) dan uang saya dikembalikan. Seandainya saya dateng sendiri tidak ada teman, saya akan jadi gembel sendirian tidak tau mau nginap di mana di kota orang!
